With your permission through Google OAuth, Archibald reads your Gmail messages, labels and metadata, and can change labels to sort your inbox.
Archibald uses this data only to archive and triage your own mailbox. Messages are stored on the owner's own computer by msgvault and are processed there. They are not uploaded to a server operated by Archibald.
Your data is not sold, rented or shared with anyone. It is not used for advertising, and it is not used to train AI models.
Archibald's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data stays on the owner's machine until it is deleted there. You can revoke Archibald's access at any time from your Google account permissions.
